TURN AROUND TIME
**Items will be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Orders for in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. It then takes appr. 3-4 business days for a Priority Mail package to be received.
Custom crowns take appr. 5 weeks to produce.
Custom sashes take appr. 3-4 weeks.
*If you order in stock crowns/tiaras along with your custom sashes, the in stock items will not be shipped until the sashes are completed. If you would like your in stock items to be shipped separately, please be sure to order the sashes and in stock styles in different transactions.
(Touch of color special orders may take up to 2 weeks to produce, depending upon the size of the order).
- ID residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

EXPRESS MAIL TIME CALCULATION
-Please note that the package will be sent the day AFTER the order is received. For example, if you need to have a package in hand for an event on Friday, please be sure to order your package with the Express Mail option by Tues. (5:00 pm MST). The package will be shipped Wed. for a guaranteed delivery date of Friday.

Items are not intended for use of children 12 and under. Please see: Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act for more info.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Appr. $8.95 per 0-1 lb package (within the continuous US)
If the package weighs more than 1 lb, the S&H charge may increase.
Orders with a total value (before shipping & handling) of under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 service fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Return Policy:
**Items must be returned (pre-paid USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex) in resalable condition within 5 days after the delivery date.
All items MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any sign of wear will cause the item to be deemed damaged, and a refund may be refused. If the item has been opened and any sign of wear is apparent, we may opt to accept the return, but the merchandise will be subject to a 50% damage fee. Customer MUST contact us in within 2 days after the delivery date to notify us of the return.
If damage in shipment occurs, items may be returned and will be repaired
free of charge as long as it is returned within 4 business days of the delivery date. (Customer is responsible for all shipping charges)
Regarding General Returns:
If an item is returned for store credit, the customer may claim the entire amount of the invoice value minus S&H charges. The exchange order must be placed within a week of the return. To arrange for an exchange order, please email us with the style number(s) you'd like to order as a replacement, and we will send an invoice if there is a balance due.
If a refund is requested, monies will be sent in the amount of the invoice
value minus S&H charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned items MUST BE IN RESALABLE condition and in the original protective wrapping. It may take up to 2 weeks to process the refund. All bonus gifts must be returned along with any return items. Once an order is placed and payment has been sent, any cancellation is considered a return and is subject to service and/or restock fees.
**We value our customers and are dedicated to providing a reliable service; however, due to the various factors involved in the online ordering process, inspections, shipping, handling, etc, it is imperative that we adhere to our posted policies. REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL CASE ALLOWANCES WILL BE DENIED.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to courier or shipping services.
**Deposits and payments sent in for custom crowns, sashes,
& specialty order payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
