Please keep in mind that this is an online store. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of payment. Please also take the steps to confirm your shipping address on the payment page to avoid delays. If an incorrect address is entered, please notify us immediately. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped before the customer corrects the error, the customer must make arrangements to retrieve the package or absorb the cost.

Please also provide a phone number and the name of the event's coordinator. We require payment within 2 weeks of delivery. We accept purchase orders for in stock items.
TURN AROUND TIME
**Items will be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Orders for in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. If an order is placed after 5:00 pm EST, process time will not begin until the following business day. It then takes appr. 3-4 business days for a Priority Mail package to be received. Stock status is listed beneath each display photo. Please note: If you purchase a style that is out of stock or that does not have the stock quantities to fill your order, your order will be delayed.
Custom crowns take appr. 5 weeks to produce.
Custom sashes take appr. 3-4 weeks.
*If you order in stock crowns/tiaras along with your custom sashes, the in stock items will not be shipped until the sashes are completed. If you would like your in stock items to be shipped separately, please be sure to order the sashes and in stock styles in different transactions.
(Touch of color special orders may take up to 2 weeks to produce, depending upon the size of the order).
- NY residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
If an e-check is sent or payment is placed under review by our payment processing company, we will ship the order after the payment has cleared.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to courier or shipping services.
**Deposits and payments sent in for custom crowns, sashes,
& specialty order payments are NONREFUNDABLE. Special ordered and custom items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange merchandise.

To order rush shipping, please select the EXPRESS MAIL option upon check out. This option will appear after the payment info has been entered, and you're directed to the confirmation page.

-Please note that the time frame of 2 business days is the calculated time in transit. This DOES NOT include the order processing time. Please allow a total of 4 business days for the delivery of an Express Mail order. For example, if you need to have a package in hand for an event on Friday, please be sure to order your package with the Express Mail option by Tues. (5:00 pm EST). The package will be shipped Wed. for a guaranteed delivery date of Friday.
